CIBC Aventura World MasterCard Card lets you convert Aventura Points to Aeroplan Miles in 10,000 Point increments.

American Express Membership Rewards - Canada
Transfer Membership Rewards* points from American Express to Aeroplan Miles (1,000 points = 1,000 miles).
1) Transfer points to Aeroplan Miles online or by telephone
2) Transfer in increments of 100 points with a minimum of 1,000 points for each transfer.
3) See your miles in your Aeroplan Account immediately.

3) Your miles will appear in your Aeroplan Account within 24-48 hours. Most transfers are complete in 24 hours or less.

Once you have transferred Power Rewards points (Points), they become subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Aeroplan Program and cannot be transferred back to your Power Rewards Program account. Diners Club® Club Rewards®
Club Rewards®, the award-winning program from Diners Club® allows you to convert your Club Rewards Points into Aeroplan Miles* (1,000 Points = 1,000 Miles).

Club Carlson members can choose auto-conversion (every 10,000 points will automatically convert into 1,250 Aeroplan Miles) or convert as needed (in increments of 2,000; 50,000 or 100,000 points).

Golden Circle members can convert their Golden Circle Award Points into Aeroplan Miles at a rate of 1 point to 1 mile. The minimum amount of Golden Circle Award Points to convert into miles is 2,500 points (with the subsequent of 500 point increments).
