2. Start shopping! Browse for thousands of products at over 75 top brand name retailers.
3. Complete your purchase by following the links to your retailer of choice.
4. Aeroplan will automatically credit your account with the miles earned from your purchase within six to eight weeks.
5. Once you've purchased your item, continue shopping! Or log out until your next visit.

If more than eight weeks have passed from the shipping date and your Aeroplan account still has not been credited, here are some possible reasons that you may be missing miles:
1. Log in to your Aeroplan account to double-check your recent transactions.
- Go to "Your Aeroplan" and select "All Transactions". Verify that the mileage credit appears from "Aeroplan eStore", not from the individual retailer.
- Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for miles to be credited to your Aeroplan account.
2. To ensure that your purchase transaction was successfully completed, confirm that:
- You received an e-mail confirmation or receipt from the retailer.
- There is a charge on your credit card for the purchase.
3. If you have verified that you successfully completed your purchase, and it has been more than eight weeks from the shipping date of your purchase, the following could result in miles not being credited:
- Shopping at a retailer's site before logging into Aeroplan eStore.
- Placing items into your shopping cart at the retailer's site before logging in at Aeroplan eStore.
- Having cookies disabled on your computer, preventing Aeroplan eStore from tracking your purchase.
- Entering a promotional code at the retailer's site at check-out. This may override your Aeroplan eStore purchases, as some retailers won't allow the use of multiple offers.
If none of these conditions apply and your Aeroplan Miles are still missing, please call the Aeroplan eStore Web Support Assistance Centre at 1-866-484-0663, seven days a week from 07:00 to 02:00 Eastern or 04:00 to 23:00 Pacific.

What happens to my miles if I return an item I bought at the Aeroplan eStore?
If you return an item for credit, the Aeroplan Miles that you earned from the original purchase will be deducted from your account.
