If you are a few miles short for a reward, you can buy up to 50% of the total mileage required at CAD $0.03 per mile (plus applicable taxes), payable only by credit card at the time of your reward claim.

Keep in mind that the miles you purchase are non-refundable, so they will be credited to your account (along with the mileage you redeemed) if you cancel your Aeroplan Reward (when permitted).
