Why do I have connection issues on my personal computer when performing certain activities on the Aeroplan.com website from my home and/or office personal computer?
Most companies and organizations use a firewall as a security measure. In order to resolve the connection problem from your office personal computer, you will need to see your network administrator for appropriate settings.
Home User:
