Fly Fishing & Rainforest Getaway in Bella Coola
The Bella Coola Valley is a remarkable location for any fisherman. The deep, lush coastal valley, surrounded by towering snowcapped and glaciated mountains, make this a fisherman’s paradise. For four nights and five days, you will reside at the luxurious Tweedsmuir Park Lodge, featuring private cabins nestled at the forest edge with vaulted ceilings, spectacular views of Mt. Stupendous (8,000 ft.), fireplaces, lofts, lush bedding, and a warm wilderness log design. When the fishing, bear watching or rainforest walk is done for the day, you will retreat to the comforts of our grand wilderness lodge for a delicious meal and perhaps a soak or massage at the spa chalet. Or simply enjoy a beverage and a view of the mountains on the patio.
River fishing on the Bella Coola river systems have a long history. These rivers have always had a healthy population of resident and migrating fish stock. Each season sees a return of all five Pacific Salmon species, as well as the seasonal movements of resident species throughout the river system, including the popular Rainbow trout, Steelhead and Cutthroat.
This reward includes:
• One 5-day, 4-night Bella Coola guided Flyfishing Experience for one person
• Accommodations for 4 nights at the Tweedsmuir Lodge in a private chalet for up to 2 adults + 2 children
• One guided fly fishing excursion for 1 person on the local river of your choice
• Unlimited self-guided fly fishing at no additional charge.
